📅 After a rigorous 24-month coaching practice analysis, the International Coach Federation (ICF) is announcing an updated ICF Coaching Core Competency Model.經過為期24個月的深入教練實踐分析,國際教練聯盟 (ICF) 宣布更新了ICF教練核心能力模型。
This competency model is based on evidence collected from more than 1,300 coaches across the world, including both ICF Members and non-members, representing a diverse range of coaching disciplines, training backgrounds, coaching styles, and experience levels.這項模型更新基於來自全球1300多名教練的證據,包括ICF成員和非成員,代表了多樣化的教練學科、培訓背景、教練風格和經驗水平。
This large-scale research initiative validated that much of the existing ICF Core Competency Model, developed nearly 25 years ago, remains critically important to the practice of coaching today.
